Where does your merch come from? I can't find it on the band's site!
Our merchandise is unofficial merchandise, which means it doesn't come from the actual artists website. We have a network of suppliers who have this merch already made (we have no say in making it), and they simply provide it to us, to provide to you! We know how hard it is to find good band merch,which is why we provide unique options for our customers.
What currency does the website use?
Our smart website automatically picks up where you are from in the world, and adjusts the currency to where you live. However, if you wish to view it in a different currency, in the bottom left corner is a drop down box you can use.
How long will it be until I receive my order?
While we do out best to deliver products as quickly as we can, please allow between 12-24 days for delivery, dependent on the time of year and stock levels with our suppliers. It takes a little longer due to the special deals we have with suppliers in order to provide the best products at the best prices.
I ordered 3 items at the same time, but they arrived at different times - why?
In order to supply the best rock merchandise available, we deal with many different suppliers. While we do our best to ensure all things arrive at once, on occasion there may be a difference in delivery time due to this. Rest assured though, we will deliver everything ordered!
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been paid for and you have received the confirmation e mail, shortly after we dispatch your products, we will send you another e mail with the link to track it, and the tracking number
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping to the US is $4.95, while to the rest of the world it is $8.95. However, if you spend $75 or more in one order, shipping is free!
I live in (country), can you deliver to me?
Yes, we are able to ship anywhere in the world due to our agreements with various suppliers.
